A sweet and sour Malaysian peanut and chilli vegetable pickle, this is based on my own Mum’s recipe. Not too spicy, this is great with a curry, though friends have been known to just eat it from the jar with a spoon!
Ingredients: Cucumber, carrot, green beans, cauliflower, red chilli puree, onion, sugar, cider vinegar, sunflower oil, crushed peanuts, shrimp paste (shrimp (crustacean), salt), turmeric.
